Instructions to partners for completing the budget table:

• Please prepare a separate budget sheet per work package you are involved in
• All figures should be in $ USD
• Please indicate the exchange rate you have used to convert native currency to $ USD
• Assumed project start date is 1 January 2026
• Overhead rate is strictly limited to a maximum of 10%. This is a rule set by the donor and is non-negotiable.
• Workshops/events: For workshops that you are hosting, please include any external participants’ travel costs in this line
• Travel: This line for your own team’s travel costs (including to workshops you are hosting)
• Equipment: We assume most partners will not need to allocate budget to this category. If you do, please include a note describing what equipment you need.
• Postage/telephone/supplies: We do not expect any partners to need these categories
• Deadline for submission of revised budget sheets: Wednesday 22 October 2025 – please email to Vikki (address below)
